JANE HILLS OUR KIT MANAGER WILL BE THERE WITH EXAMPLE SIZES FOR YOU TO TRY ON IF INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A WARM WINTER SPORTS JACKET.

 

HI EVERYONE

AS PART OF OUR UNIFORM KIT WE ARE NOW ABLE TO OFFER A WARM CLUB OUTDOOR JACKET FOR PLAYERS WHO MAY WISH TO PURCHASE ONE.

THESE JACKETS WERE ON DISPLAY AT OUR MIXED AGE GROUP TOURNAMENT AND I THINK YOU WILL ALL AGREE THAT THEY ARE OF VERY GOOD QUALITY AND ARE VERY WARM WITH A FLEECED LINING INSIDE.

WE HAVE GONE WITH THE BLACK AND GREY LINING JACKET RATHER THAN THE RED, THIS WAY YOUR DAUGHTERS SHOULD GET MORE WEAR OUT OF THEM AND CAN WEAR THEM NOT JUST FOR NETBALL AND HOPEFULLY SAVING PARENTS A BIT OF MONEY AS WELL.

Dear All

We will be holding a meeting for all Team Leaders, Coaches and prospective volunteers:

Date: Saturday 7^th January 2012

Venue: Kingsmead Netball Centre

Time: 1pm

The purpose of the meeting is to ensure we have enough Team Leaders, Coaches and Volunteers for the coming year.

Please advise me if you are unable to make the meeting.

In order to grow the Clubwe need volunteers to help with the growth,it is a perfect opportunity for our youngplayers studying for PE GCSE to get involved with the Club and enhance their personal skills.

We are urgently looking for future coaches whether experienced or who is keen to become a coach and work with our teams.

We want to re start club training but again urgently need help on a regular basis to allow this to happen, this is vital for our juniors to develop their netball skills and for our experienced players to continue with their training fitness and skills to compete at high level netball.

We need Team Managers to help lessen the burden for Team leaders relating to teams and the paperwork that goes along with organising weekly games and informing parents and players with general weekly information, updating records and so on.

Volunteer Umpires are desperately needed for the club throughout, qualified or unqualified as we can put you through courses, an unqualified umpire can umpire junior games u14 but if our teams cannot get a qualified umpire then games have to be cancelled.

Current vacant positions:

2^nd Welfare and Safeguarding Officer to work alongside Alison Batey we have to have two people in this position.

Tournament Coordinator
